Login to the application
- Click on the language options on the top right and choose a language
2. Enter the username
3. Enter the password
4. Click on the Login button
5. View the main dashboard of the domain into which you have logged in
Reset password via SMS
1. Click on Forgot password?
2. Enter user ID
3. Choose how you wish to reset the new password - select SMS to receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS message to the specified user's mobile phone
4. Click on Generate OTP to continue or on Back to be taken back to the main screen. If you already have an unused OTP click on the line below
5. Once the OTP is received, enter it in the OTP field
6. It can take a few minutes to receive an OTP over SMS. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, click on the Regenerate OTP link
7. Click on Reset password and continue to reset a new password and log in to the application
Reset password via email
1. Click on Forgot password?
2. Enter user ID
3. Choose how you wish to reset the new password - select Email to receive a link to reset the password on your registered email address
4. Click on Reset password
5. A popup will appear to inform that an email has been sent to the registered email address
6. Go to the registered email address and click on the Reset my password now link
7. Enter a new password
8. Enter the same password in the Confirm password field
9. Click on Change password
10. A screen will inform that the password has been reset. Click on the Login button to proceed with the new password
