Overview Dashboard configuration: Overview

The different overview dashboard related configurations possible are listed below:

• Default material tag filter: The default material tag that is used by default on the inventory & activity overview screen can be configured using this option.

• Exclude tags: The default entity tags to be excluded from the inventory, activity & temperature dashboard overview screen can be configured using this option

•  Temperature default view based on working status

• Overview dashboard's default activity duration filter

TEXT GUIDE

Navigate to the Dashboard configuration page

1. Click on the Configuration tab in the main menu
2. Select the Dashboard sub-tab from the drop-down list
3. View the list of all overview dashboard related configuration under the heading of:
   • General
   • Temperature
   • Overview dashboard

NOTE All material & entity tags must be configured prior to configuring the overview dashboard defaults

Configure overview dashboard defaults

1. Type or click on the field next to the heading default material tag filter
2. Choose the material tag from the dropdown. Add multiple material tags, as applicable
   
3. Type or click on the field next to the heading Exclude tags
4. Choose the material tag from the dropdown. Add multiple material tags, as applicable
   
5. Type or click on the field next to the heading Temperature states to exclude by default
6. Choose the temperature status from the dropdown. Choose multiple temperature status, as applicable
   
7. Click on the dropdown next to the heading Default period of activity
   
8. Select the default period from the dropdown
   
9. Click on Save button at the end of the page to finalise the changes
   

10. View the confirmation that the configuration has been updated successfully
