Tags: Overview


Tags are categories used to bucket data elements based on their similarity. For example: All entities which in a specific echelon can be categorised under a single tag


Tags provide easier navigation while transacting and a filtered viewing of data, dashboard and reports for analysis.


Tags: Types


Tags are available for multiple data elements as listed below:

  • Entity TagsA group of entities can be categorised under relevant tags
  • Material Tags: A group of materials can be categorised under relevant tags
  • User Tags: A group of materials can be categorised under relevant tags
  • Order Tags: Each new order can be categorised under a predetermined order tag
  • Route Tags: Supervisors managing more than one entity can bundle their entities under a predetermined route tag. This can be used to provide a guidance on the physical route to follow for supervision. 
  • Entity tag ranking: Entities in the supply chain network view can be displayed in an order of hierarchy based on entity tag ranking. T


Navigate to the Tags configuration page

  1. Click on the Configuration tab in the main menu
  2. Select the Tags sub-tab from the drop-down list
  3. View the list of all the configuration option available
