Searching for entities: Overview

Once an entity has been created, it is possible to view details of the entity and also edit these details. It is possible to search for an entity on the system by name or by the entity tag assigned to the entity.

TEXT GUIDE


Navigate to the Entities page


1. Click on the Setup tab on the main menu

2. Select the Entities sub-tab from the options on the drop-down list




Filter Entities by Entity Name


1. Type the first few alphabets of the entity that is being searched in the search box

2. Click on the search icon


3. The entities will now be displayed on the screen

4. Click on the Reset button 


Filter Entities by Entity Tag


1. Click on the drop down next to entity tag to display all the entity tags


2. Select the desired entity tag


3. All entities with the selected entity tag will now be displayed on screen


4. Click on the Reset button
