Domain activity report: Overview


Domain activity report provides a snapshot of the activity status of the users, entities and assets in the different administrative divisions/domains.


Navigate to the Domain activity report page

  1. Click on the Reports tab in the main menu
  2. Select the Domain activity sub-tab from the dropdown


 


NOTE
Domain activity report will refresh once a day


Domain activity: Reading the report


View the different fields listed in the report:

  1. Report update time: At the top right of the report, the last updated time of the report is mentioned. 
  2. Domain: All the domains whose activity can be tracked are listed as per the hierarchal order
  3. Users: This column lists the number of users in the specific domain
  4. Entities: This column lists the aggregated number of entities in the respective domain and all domains in it's hierarchy
  5. Live entitiesThis column lists the number of stores that are live, followed by the percentage of stores that are live
    • Live entities are defined as entities that have at least one transaction related to their entity since creation
  6. Active entities: This column lists the number of stores that are active, followed by the percentage of stores that are active
    • Active entities are defined as entities that have at least one transaction in the entity since 30 days
  7. Monitored assets > Assets: This column lists the number of aggregated monitored assets associated with monitoring assets the respective domain and all domains in it's hierarchy are listed here
  8. Monitored assets > Live: This column lists the number of monitored assets associated with monitoring assets that are live, followed by the percentage of monitored assets that are live
    • Live assets are defined as monitored assets that have at least one temperature data since creation
  9. Monitored assets > Active: This column lists the number of monitored assets associated with monitoring assets that are active, followed by the percentage of monitored assets that are active
    • Active assets are defined as monitored assets that have at least one temperature data since 30 days
  10. Monitoring assets: This column lists the aggregated number of all monitoring assets in the respective domain and all domains in it's hierarchy



Domain activity: Navigate through the report


Navigate across the different fields:

  1. Domain: To expand the view and navigate to details of sub-domains, click on the '+' icon. Use the '-' icon to collapse the sub-domain view
  2. Entities: To see the split of entities based on their tags, hover over the entities count. Move the scroll bar to view all the entity tags
  3. Live entities: To see the split of live entities count & percentages based on their tags, hover over the entities count or percentage. Move the scroll bar to view all the applicable entity tags. 
  4. Active entities: To see the split of active entities count & percentages based on their tags, hover over the entities count or percentage. Move the scroll bar to view all the applicable entity tags. 
  5. Monitored assets> Assets: To see the split of monitored assets based on their types, hover over the assets count. Move the scroll bar to view all the asset types
  6. Monitored assets>Live: To see the split of live monitored assets count & percentages based on their types, hover over the assets count & percentage. Move the scroll bar to view all the asset types.
  7. Monitored assets> Active: To see the split of active monitored assets count & percentages based on their types, hover over the assets count & percentage. Move the scroll bar to view all the asset types.
