Material Filter: Overview


There are two ways to filter discrepancies by materials on the Discrepancies page:

  1. Material: This field provides a list of discrepancies filtered by a specific material
  2. Material Tag: This drop-down index provides a list of discrepancies of all the materials, belonging to the selected category


TEXT GUIDE


Navigate to the Discrepancies page

  1. Click on the Orders tab in the main menu
  2. Select Discrepancies from the drop-down list
  3. View a list of all discrepancies across orders, across entities




Filter using Material field

  1. Enter the first few alphabet(s) of the Material
  2. Select a material from the list that appears



3. View discrepancy listing for the specific material displayed in a tabular format

4. If there are more than 50 listings, use the double arrow on the top right of the table to load more

5. Export this information using the Export button


 NOTE
a. Material filter can be combined with the following filters to further customise the Discrepancies listings:
  • Discrepancy: filter for order, shipping or fulfillment discrepancies involving the selected material, the default is ALL
  • Order number: enter an order number to see all discrepancies involving the selected material against that specific order number
  • Date range - select a date From which to view discrepancies To a specific end date
  • Entity tags: select an entity tag to view discrepancies involving the selected material within entities that are categorised using the selected tag
b. Material and Entity are EXCLUSIVE filters, and cannot be used together




Filter using Material Tags

  1. Click on the down arrow to view additional filters



2. Click on Material Tags

3. Select a tag, the default is ALL


4. View discrepancy listing for all materials within the selected category

5. If there are more than 50 listings, use the double arrow that will appear on the top right of the table to load more discrepancies

6. Click on the Export button to export the data to the registered email address
