Entity filters: Overview


There are two ways to filter orders by entities on the Discrepancies page:

  1. Entity: This field provides a filtered list of the discrepancies at a specific entity
  2. Entity Tag: This drop-down index provides a filtered list of discrepancies at entities tagged with the selected option

Navigate to the Discrepancies page

  1. Click on the Orders tab in the main menu
  2. Select Discrepancies from the drop-down list
  3. View list of all discrepancies across orders, across entities






Filter using Entity field


1. Enter the first few alphabet(s) of the Entity

2. Select an entity from the list that appears



3. View discrepancy listing for the specific entity displayed in a tabular format

4. Export this information using the Export button

5. If there are more than 50 listings, use the double arrow on the top right of the table to load more


NOTE
Discrepancies can be filtered additionally as follows using one or more of the following filters:
  • Discrepancy: filter for order, shipping or fulfillment discrepancies within the entity, the default is ALL
  • Order number: enter an order number to see all discrepancies against that specific order number within the selected entity
  • Date range: select a date From which to view discrepancies To a specific end date
  • Material tags: select a material tag to view all discrepancies ONLY of materials that fall under that category

Only discrepancies that fulfill ALL criteria will be displayed, not discrepancies that fulfill ANY criteria

Entity and Material are EXCLUSIVE filters, and cannot be used together



Filter using Entity Tags

  1. Click on down arrow button to view additional filters




2. Click on Entity Tags

3. Select a tag from the drop-down list, the default is ALL



4. View a list of discrepancies within all entities with the applied tag

5. Click on the Export button to export the data to the registered email address

6. If required, use the double arrow that will appear on the top right of the table to load more transactions
