Shipments: Overview


A shipment is created when an order is fully or partially shipped. It contains all details of the order shipped or yet to be shipped. 


The Tracking ID filter provides a list of shipments dispatched and associated with the selected ID.


TEXT GUIDE


Navigate to the Shipments page

  1. Click on the Orders tab in the main menu
  2. Select the Shipments sub-tab from the drop-down list
  3. View a list of all shipments across orders, across entities



Filter shipments by Tracking ID

  1. Enter the exact Tracking ID in the field
  2. Click on the Search icon
  3. View the list of shipments with the selected tracking ID



NOTE: The tracking ID is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as appears in the record

            Use the Tracking ID filter in combination with ONE OR MORE of the following filters

a. Customer: filter the result further by a specific customer to whom material has been/yet to shipped

b. Vendor: filter the result further by a specific vendor who has shipped/yet to ship the order

c. Status: filter by the result further by a specific status

d. From-To: filter results to view only shipments that have occurred from a specified date until a specified date

e. From Expected Fulfilment-To Expected Fulfilment: filter results to view only shipments that have been fulfilled from a specified date until a specified date

f. Transporter: filter results to view all shipments handled by a specific transporter
