Entity filters: Overview


There are two ways to filter orders by entities on the Orders page:

  1. Entity: This field provides a filtered list of all orders created by/to a specific entity
  2. Entity Tag: This field provides a filtered list of all orders created by/to an entity belonging to the specified group

Navigate to the Orders page

  1. Click on the Orders tab in the main menu
  2. Select the Orders tab from the drop-down list
  3. View list of all orders across entities



Filter using Entity field

  1. Enter the first few alphabets of the entity
  2. Select an entity from the list that appears


3. View list of orders, specific to selected entity

4. Select Sales order  or Purchase Order tab to view orders placed to or placed by selected entity. By default Sales order tab is selected

5. Click on Export button to export the orders to registered email address



6. Click on an order to view further details of that order 

Filter using Entity Tags

  1. Click on the down arrow button
  2. Click on the Entity Tag arrow
  3. Select an entity tag


4. View a list of orders, across all entities, with the applied tag. By default the page lists 50 orders. To view more, click on the forward arrow button 

5. Click on the Export button to export the data to your registered email address



NOTE: Entity filters can be combined with other Order filters like Status and Date range to further filter the order list
