Domain activity: Overview
The domain activity report allows view per domain, and shows activity on users, entities and assets. This report can further be drilled down to lower levels by clicking on + button and expanding the table.
TEXT GUIDE
Navigate to the Domain activity report page
- Click on the Reports tab in the main menu
- Select the Domain activity sub-tab from the available options
View activity of domains
- Domain: displays the entire hierarchy of administration, if there are further sub-levels, a + sign appears near the name
2. View details of the Entities in each of the first-level hierarchies of the domain, including:
- Users: the number of people using the application within the entities
- Entities: the number of stores or facilities within each level
- Live: number of entities with at least one transaction since creation
- Active: number of entities with at least one transaction in the last 30 days
3. View details of the Monitored Assets in each of the first-level hierarchies of the domain, including:
- Assets: the number of assets being monitored on the application within the domain levels
- Live: monitored assets that have received at least one temperature data point since creation
- Active: monitored assets with at least one temperature data point in the last 30 days
4. View the number of Monitoring Assets in each of the first-level hierarchies of the domain
5. Click on the + sign near the name to expand the level
6. View the same details for the sub-level
