User activity: Overview

The user activity report allows view per user, and shows activity on logins and transactions. This report can further be drilled down to day-wise within a month by clicking on the particular month in bar chart.


TEXT GUIDE


Navigate to the User activity report page

  1. Click on the Reports tab in the main menu
  2. Select the User activity sub-tab from the available options




User activity report filters

Both filters on this page are mandatory:

  1. User name: name of the user whose activity you want to view
  2. Date range:
    1. From: view transaction counts from a specific date, the default is XX
    2. To: view transaction counts until a specific date, the default is the current day




View order activity of users

  1. Start entering the first few alphabets of the User name in the box provided
  2. Select from the options that are listed



3. Select the date range from which you want to view inventory transactions (If no dates are selected, the default From date is set to 5 years ago)



4. Select the date range from which you want to view inventory transactions ((If no dates are selected, the default To date is set to today)

5. Click on the Get Report button



6. Click on the Orders sub-tab



7. The screen will display user activity during the specified period in a chart format



8. This report can further be drilled down. Click on a month bar to see daily trends in that month

9. Click on the Table icon



10. View information in a tabular format

11. Click on the Graph icon to switch back to the graph view



12. Click on Reset if you want to change view another user's details




NOTE
Not selecting a filter option will provide transaction counts across all materials and entities for five years



Export user activity report

  1. Click on Show Export Options



2. Choose whether to aggregate data by month (default) or day

3. Select a time period for which to generate a report

4. Click on Export to export a report or Cancel to quit



5. A message will pop up to confirm that the report will be emailed to the registered address. Click OK to continue



6. Another pop up will confirm that the email has been sent



7.  Go to the user profile at the top right of the screen and click on My Exports



8. You will be taken to the My Exports page where you can click on the file name to view it



9. Click on Download as CSV to download a report in a format that can be opened in Microsoft Excel

10. Click on the icon above the chart to download the chart in the following options available:

  • JPG image
  • PNG image
  • PDF document
  • SVG vector image
  • XLS file
