By date of actual transaction: Overview

Displays the last 7 days, % of entities entering data by next day (1d), on 2nd day (2d) and beyond 2nd day (>2d) of date of actual transaction, geographically. Also data can be drilled down further geographically like national level to state level and to district levels. The filters include:

  1. Entity tag: only entities part of this entity tag will be considered for reporting
  2. Material tag: only materials with this material tag will be considered for reporting
  3. Material name: a search feature by specific material name
  4. Transaction type: a search feature by specific transaction type: issues, receipts, stock count, transfers, discards 
  5. By date of actual transaction: date the transaction actually occurred, vs date the data is being entered into the system



 NOTE
Default level will be decided based on domain's general configuration
Configuring country for domain is MANDATORY to view dashboard

TEXT GUIDE

Navigate to By date of actual transaction page

  1. Click on Dashboards in the main menu
  2. Click on Activity from the drop-down list
  3. Click on the By date of actual transaction tab





Entity tag filter

  1. Click on the arrow for the drop-down menu in the Entity tag field
  2. Select from the Entity tag drop-down list to filter the date of actual transactions



3. View results in the table below

4. Click Download as CSV to export a report



 NOTE
Entity tag can be used in combination with material name/material tag, transaction type and date of actual transaction for a more specific search



Material tag filter

  1. Click on the Material tag field for the drop-down menu and select a material tag
  2. Select as many Material tags as apply to filter the date of actual transactions  for all materials with ALL the tags



3. View results in the table below

4. Click Download as CSV to export a report



 NOTE
Material tag can be used in combination with all the other filters: entity tag, material name, transaction type and date of actual transaction for a more specific search



Material name filter

  1. Click on the arrow in the Material name field for a drop-down menu
  2. Select a material tag, if material tag(s) have been applied only material names with that tag will be listed, the default is all materials



3. View results in the table below

4. Click Download as CSV to export a report

Material name can be used in combination with all the other filters: entity tag, material tag, transaction type and date of actual transaction for a more specific search



Transaction type filter

  1. Click on the arrow in the Transaction type field for a drop-down menu 



2. Select from five transaction types: Issues, Receipts, Stock Count, Transfers, Discards, the default is all transactions



3. View results in the table below

4. Click Download as CSV to export a report

Transaction type can be used in combination with all the other filters: entity tag, material tag, material name, and date of actual transaction for a more specific search



Date of actual transaction filter

  1. Click on the Date of actual transaction field for a drop-down calendar
  2. Select a date to search for an actual date of transaction, the default is the current date



3. View results in the table below

4. Click Download as CSV to export a report
