Overview dashboard: Summary
This dashboard provides a graphical representation of the current state of inventory, entity activity and assets across supply chain. The available charts can be drilled down to analyse the location and the source of normality or abnormality.
NOTE: The information displayed is near real-time. The dashboard can be configured to automatically refresh every 30 minutes or more.

Navigate to Dashboard page
- Click on Dashboard in the main menu
- Click on Overview from the drop-down list
View Overview dashboard
- View the overall status of inventory in the doughnut chart on the left
a. The status is color coded:
Normal: Stock available is between min. & max.
Zero Stock: Stock available is Zero stock
Min: Stock available is <= min
Max: Stock available is >=max
b. Hover over the doughnut chart to view the number of materials in the selected state and the total count
c. The percentage next to the selected chart section is calculated using = (total materials in a particular state)/total number of materials)*100
2. Hover over the activity bar to view the percentage and number of entities active and inactive. The bar is color coded:
Active: number of entities who have passed a transaction in the last 7 days. By default, the period is set to 7 days. This is configurable
Inactive: number of entities who have not passed a transaction in the last 7 days. By default, the period is set to 7 days. This is configurable
3. View the overall status of assets in the doughnut chart on the right
a. The status is color coded:
Normal: Assets are in normal state
High: Assets temperature are above 8 degree celsius. The range is configurable
Low: Assets temperature are below 2 degree celsius. The range is configurable
Unknown: Asset state is not known due to part/complete data not being relayed to the system
b. Hover over the doughnut chart to view the number of assets in the selected state and the total count
c. The percentage next to the selected chart section is calculated using = (total materials in a particular state)/total number of materials)*100
4. Each chart (Inventory, Activity & Assets) can be further analysed by clicking on one of the chart sections. For example
a. Click on the Zero stock section of the Inventory doughnut chart
b. Scroll down and view the location map at the bottom of the page. It highlights the locations and % of zero-stock situation. The legend of highlights is displayed below the map
c. Hover over the highlighted section to view the number of materials stocked out in the state and the total count
d. View the materials stocked out on the right side of the map. The materials are listed in the most stocked out order. The legend of highlights is displayed at the end of the list
e. Hover over the material to view the number of entities across which it is stocked out and the total count of entities
NOTE: a. The map can be further drilled down, by clicking on a highlighted state. This will navigate to the state map view highlighting districts and % of zero-stock situation in each district. The districts can be further drilled down in the similar manner
b. All charts can be analysed in a similar manner
Dashboard filters
The dashboard view can be customised using one of the following filters:
- Click on the Filter icon next to Entity tag to view the following filters:
- Include tags: the dashboard will display information of only those entities that meet the entity tags criteria
- Exclude tags: the dashboard will not display information of those entities that meet the entity tags criteria
- Click on the Filter icon next Inventory to view the following filters:
a. Material tag: a view of inventory status across entities in that domain filtered by one or more material tags
b. Material name: a view of a single material status
c. Date: Data as of this selected date. If left blank, then it is considered as current date & time
d. Period (Since): Any data should be in same state for at least the selected period. This is the range of date between selected date and period days. i.e. if date is 15 January and period is 2 then data will be evaluated between 14 January and 15 January. Now is considered as current date & time (near real time with maximum 30 minute delay). When date is not mentioned, then this period calculation will also include current day's time
Export dashboard charts
1. Click on the icon on the top right corner of the doughnut chart
2. Choose the option to download the chart in a specific file format. The options available are:
JPEG
SVG
XLS
3. On choosing the file format, the chart will be downloaded and saved on your computer, in the specific file format
NOTE: The dashboard last update time is displayed on the top right corner, above the inventory & asset doughnut chart sectio.
