Entity Tag: Overview

A set of tags that enable browsing entities by tags in the entity, inventory and order screens (including maps).

  • Include entity tag: A multi-select filter. Only entities part of these entity tags will be considered for reporting. This is mutually exclusive with exclude entity tag.
  • Exclude entity tag: A multi-select filter. Entities other than part of these exclude entity tags will be considered for reporting. This is mutually exclusive with include entity tag.



Navigate to the Stock Out Prediction page

  1. Click on Dashboards tab in the main menu
  2. Click on Overview on the drop-down list
  3. Click on the Stock Out Prediction tab





Entity tag: include & exclude tags

  1. Click on the filter icon to open the filter fields
  2. Click on the Entity tag filter to be applied
    • Include tags will include all the entity categories that are selected and display result where ALL the filters apply
    • Exclude tags will exclude all the entity categories that are selected and display result where NONE of the selected filters apply
  3. Select an entity tag from the categories available in the drop-down
  4. Select as many tags as required to view the likelihood of stock out within 7 days. Select all the applicable tags. Only entities part of these entity tags will be considered for reporting. To remove a filter, click on the little X next to it
  5. Click on the Filter button to apply the filter, or the Cancel button to close the filters and return to the main page 
  6. The results of the filter can be viewed in the doughnut chart on top of the page
  7. On the top right of the chart is the timestamp (date and time) when the record was last updated
  8. Click on the small list icon to export the results to your system in the following formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, XLS
  9. Scroll down to view the data by location on a map view
  10. Click on the small list icon to export the results to your system in the following formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, XLS
  11. Click on the bar view icon
  12. View the data in a bar graph. 
  13. Click on the small list icon to export the results to your system in the following formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, XLS 
NOTE
Include and exclude tags are mutually exclusive and cannot be used together

The entity tag can be used in combination with the material tag OR material name

The map and bar views can be further drilled down to view information of the next lower level in the echelon. At the lowest level, clicking the map or bar of a given entity takes users to the inventory view of that entity
