Transaction Reasons: Overview
You can filter for the transaction reasons that have been configured:
- All
- Lost
- On demand
- Special Programs
- VVM Unusable
- On request
- Expired
- Routine
- Correction
- Frozen
- Damaged
- Stock rebalancing
- Audit
- Emergency
The Transaction Reason filter is on the Transactions page. It provides a list of the transactions performed due to a specific reason.

NOTE: You can combine multiple tags or filters, but only transactions that meet ALL selected criteria are shown, not transactions that meet ANY selected criteria. |
TEXT GUIDE
Navigate to the Transactions page
To view transactions navigate to the Transactions page:
- Click on the INVENTORY tab in the main menu
- Select the TRANSACTIONS tab from the drop-down list
- You will see a list of the transactions within all the entities
Filter by Transaction Reasons
View & export a list of transactions performed for a specific reason
- Click on the Transactions Reason arrow to expand a list of reasons from which to select
- Your results will appear in a tabular format
- You can export this information using the Export button
