Entity filters: Overview

There are two ways to filter transactions via entities on the Transactions page:

  1. Entity: This field provides a filtered list of the transactions performed on a specific entity
  2. Entity Tag: This drop-down index shows a list of all the tags which classify entities into groups classified on their type of facility

Navigate to the Transactions page

To view transactions navigate to the Transactions page:

  1. Click on the Inventory tab in the main menu
  2. Select the Transactions tab from the drop-down list
  3. A list of all transactions will be displayed on the screen




Filter using Entity field

  1. Enter the first alphabet of the entity
  2. Select from the list that appears
  3. A list of materials within the entity will be displayed in a tabular format
  4. Export this information using the Export button
  5. Use the double arrow on the top right of the table to load more transactions
NOTE
You can also filter for a subset of this information using one or more of various parameters such as:
  • Material: A list of transactions performed on a single material within the entity
  • Type: A single type of transaction performed on selected entity
  • From & To: Get all transactions within the entity during a specified date range
  • Vendor: All transactions involving a specified vendor (issues, receipts)





Filter using Entity Tags

  1. Click on the Entity Tag
  2. Select a tag
  3. A list of materials within all entities with the applied tag will be displayed in a tabular format
  4. Click on the Export button to export the data to your registered email address
  5. Use the double arrow on the top right of the table to load more transactions
