Navigate to the Users page

  1. Click on the Setup on the main menu
  2. Click on Users in the drop-down menu
  3. View all the users 





Search for user with username

  1. Start entering the first alphabet(s) of the username in the field
  2. Select from the options that appear in the drop down list



3. The username is unique and only the details of a single user will be displayed




View User information

4. View when the record was created and last updated

5. View the photograph of the user

6. Click on the Edit button to edit user details (See How to edit user(s))

7. Click on Reset password button to reset the user's password

8. Click on the Force logout button to log the user out of the application

9. Click on the Disable button to disable the user from using the application (only possible by users with appropriate permissions)



7. View Identification details of the user

  • Role: Super user, Administrator, Manager or Operator
  • Username: unique name for each user which is used along with the password during login
  • Last login: date and time when the user last logged in to the application

8. View Personal details of the user

  • First name
  • Gender

9. View the user's Contact information

  • Mobile phone
  • Email

10. View the user's Location details

  • State
  • Language
  • Timezone

11. View the user's Device details

  • Device/browser details
  • IP address
  • Application version
  • Remote login




View User-Entity connection

1. View Entities the user belongs to as a list (default view)

2. View the total number of entities to which the user is connected




3. Routes are listed in order of the route sequence

4. View the names of entities, click on the name to be taken to the entity detail page

5. View the location of the entity

6. Use the arrow keys to move the entities in a different sequence based on the route the user will take to visit them

7. Reorder the way the entities are organized to indicate the order in which the user should visit the entities

8. Click on the Edit route button to edit the route



9. A small window will open where you can enter the new order for that entity

10. After entering the number, click on the tick to save the new order, or the cross to leave without saving

11. Click on Save route to save changes made in the move and reorder



12. The default view is tabular

13. Toggle to the map view by clicking on the map icon and view location details on a map to get a geographic view of the user's entities



14. Enter From and To dates using the drop-down calendar to view routes between those dates

15. Click on Hide actual route to view just the locations

16. View the number of locations that will be covered on the manual route
