Inventory: Overview


An inventory item is a material at an entity. The inventory or stock held can be exported for further evaluation and analysis. The Export Inventory option emails the inventory holding at the entity.

Export: Inventory holding of all materials

  1. Click on the 'Logistimo' logo to open the application
  2. Log in with the username and password

  3. Click on Inventory tab
  4. Click on Export inventory sub-tab

  5. Enter an email address to export inventory. By default, the registered email address will be displayed

  6. Click on the Export button

  7. A message will pop up to confirm that the mail has been sent. Click on OK button to go back to the home page

 
NOTE: The Export Inventory option will export the inventory holding of ALL materials across the entity in a CSV format. This file can be viewed  in Microsoft Excel
