Replenishment response time: Overview

Replenishment response time for zero stock shows the replenishment response time which is the average time (in days) taken for materials to change from zero stock to >0. The report can be generated without selecting a material, in which case report shows the average response time.


TEXT GUIDE


Navigate to the Replenishment response time report page

  1. Click on the Reports tab in the main menu
  2. Select the Replenishment response time sub-tab from the available options



3. A list of the available reports will appear on the left side of the screen under the Reports tab



4. View the Replenishment response time report, by default the zero stock page is selected, click on >Max. tab




Replenishment response time report filters

Select a date range, which is the ONLY mandatory filter

  1. From: view replenishment response times from a specific date, the default is 5 years prior



2. To: view replenishment response times until a specific date, the default is the current day



Choose ONE from the following optional filters:

  1. Material name: filter replenishment response time for a single material
  2. Entity: filter results by a single entity
  3. State name: filter results by a single state 
  4. District/County: filter results by a district/county
  5. Entity group: filter reporting by a group of entities/stores
  6. Entity tag: view replenishment response time in all entities that come within the same administrative boundaries
  7. Material tag: filter by materials categorized under one category or group




View Replenishment response time for more than maximum stock event

  1. The screen will display the various filter options available to extract specific information, filter the options by:
    1. Typing the parameter under the filter option field based on selection or typing of keywords
    2. Selecting from the list of drop-down options that appear
  2. Click on the Get Report button, the report shows the average replenishment time across the entire selected period. If no period was selected, the average will be calculated for the last 5 years

  3. The results will show information in a graph. Information will include the average replenishment response time (for more than maximum stock) for every month across the specified duration

  4. Click on the Table icon



5. View information in a tabular format

6. Click on the Graph icon to switch back to the graph view



7. Click on Reset if you want to change filter criteria




Export inventory trends overview report

  1. Click on SHow Export Options



2. Choose whether to aggregate data by month or day

3. Select a time period for which to generate a report

4. Click on Export to export a report or Cancel to quit



5. A message will pop up to confirm that the report will be emailed to the registered address. Click OK to continue



6. Another pop up will confirm that the email has been sent



7.  Go to the user profile at the top right of the screen and click on My Exports



8. You will be taken to the My Exports page where you can click on the file name to view it


9. Click on Download as CSV to download a report in a format that can be opened in Microsoft Excel

10. Click on the icon above the chart to download the chart in the following options available:

  • JPG image
  • PNG image
  • PDF document
  • SVG vector image
  • XLS file
