Material name & material tag: Overview
When a material tag is selected, suggestions come only from materials which are part of selected tag. If no material tag is selected, all materials are included. Material name shows data for a single material. If no material name is selected, all materials are included. When a material tag is selected, all the materials tagged under that category appear in the material name field.

Navigate to Dashboards > Activity
- Click on Dashboards
- Select Activity from the drop-down menu

- Click on the arrow to drop-down a list of tags
- Select a tag
3. View active entities, users and transactions for all materials with that tag
4. Scroll down to view inventory activity events like when the tagged material has stocked out, fallen below minimum recommended quantity, gone above maximum recommended quantity and the time taken for its replenishment after a stock out

- Click on the arrow to drop-down a list of names. If a material tag is selected, all materials tagged with the keyword will appear, if no material tag is selected, all materials in the inventory appear in the drop-down
- Select a material from the list

4. Scroll down to view inventory activity events like when stock for the material stocked out, fell below minimum recommended quantity, went above maximum recommended quantity and the time taken for its replenishment after a stock out
