Activity dashboard: Overview

This dashboard shows the change in activity over time – for facilities, users and transactions and how abnormality is changing over time. The dashboard is based on historical data and not real time dashboard. But the update frequency of this data can be configured with a minimum of 1 hour difference.

The data can be viewed in two different ways.

  1. Day: displays last 30 days data
  2. Month (default): displays last 6 months data from the selected date

The activity dashboard can be further broken down as:

  1. Overview (historical): the historical view of all activities (user/entity/transaction) and inventory data (abnormal events, replenishment time)
  2. By date of actual transaction (realtime)



Activity overview: Activity

Bar charts shows the change in activity over time and how abnormality is changing over time for:

  1. Active entities
  2. Active users
  3. Transactions



Activity overview: Inventory

Bar charts shows the change in inventory over time and how abnormality is changing over time for:

  1. Stock Out Events: information of the number of times out of stock/zero stock occured over a period of time
  2. <Min Events: information of the number of times stock reduced to less than minimum (<min) over a period of time
  3. >Max Events: information of the number of times stock went over the maximum recommended quantity (>max) over a period of time
  4. Replenishment Time: displays the replenishment response time for a given inventory item (i.e. a material at a given entity) - i.e. the time (in days) taken to replenish stock of this item after a stock out

Navigate to the Activity Dashboard

  1. Click on Dashboards
  2. Select Activity from the drop-down menu




Activity dashboard filters

  1. Material name: filter data for a single material
  2. Material tag: when the material tag is selected, suggestions come only from materials which are part of selected tag. If no material tag is selected, all materials are included
  3. Day: displays last 30 days data and month, the default is the current date
  4. Month: displays last 6 month data from the selected month, the default is the current month



Export an inventory dashboard

1. Click on the icon on the top right corner of the bar chart
2. Choose the option to download the chart in a specific file format. On choosing the file format, the chart will be downloaded and saved on your computer, in the specific file format. The options available are: 

  1. PNG
  2. JPEG
  3. PDF
  4. SVG
  5. XLS
