Period filter: Overview
This is the range of days between current date and selected date i.e. if the date is January 15 and period is 2 then data will be evaluated between January 14 and January 15. Now is considered as current date & time (near-real-time with maximum 30 minutes delay). When the date is not mentioned, then this period calculation will also include the current day's time.
TEXT GUIDE
Navigate to the Inventory Dashboard
- Click on the Dashboards tab on the main menu
- Select Inventory from the options in the drop-down menu
Filter by Period
1. Click on the Period field and select a period from the drop-down list
2. All instances of the inventory persisting in the selected status for the duration will be displayed
NOTE: The Period filter can be combined with Material tag, Entity tag and Status filters. Only materials that meet ALL selected criteria are shown, not materials that meet ANY selected criteria.
To analyze further
- Click on the name of the state to drill down to the next level in the hierarchy
- You can continue clicking on the name to drill down to lower levels right down to the last level in the hierarchy
